In general, the development of a wind energy project can take up to four (4) years.

• January 2019: Request for Proposals is issued

• March 2019: Proponents shortlisted

• Summer 2019: Developer selected

• Summer 2019: Environmental assessments and community consultations begin

• 2020: Construction begins

• Late 2021/Early 2022: Commissioning and operations
